D Squared Medical Management Group LLC was founded when two sisters recognized there was a need to provide a more personable boutique style experience within the medical billing industry. They decided to come together to combine their talent, knowledge and experience to create a company that would speak to those needs.
Darcy Aviles

Founder / CEO
Darcy has been working in healthcare for over ten years. With experience in for-profit and non-profit management as well as chiropractic, medical and mental health facilities, Darcy has a passion for working in Medical Management and Consulting. Darcy holds a Master of Arts in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Educational Studies from the University of California, Irvine.
Daniela Reyes
Co-Founder / CFO
Daniela has been working in finance for the past eighteen years. With experience in various industries such as banking, non-profit and mental health. She has also served as the co-founder and CFO of a successful business for the past eleven years. With a background in accounting and experience in medical finance, Daniela brings a wealth of knowledge to D Squared MMG.
